My focus is to help us separate our parts so that we can individuate into a healing, energizing aware of our inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe holding environment, listening to each other, respecting and perceiving with as little judgment as we can locate--leaving the rest of the judgment somewhere in our landscape to address later and in an on-going way. Self- Disclosure was a marginalized core-dimention of counseling theory--the first theory i encountered; and I needed to add my two-cent. When working with parts. it is the premise of the work that the analyst has the same internal landscapes as their patients.
